For us, service and support are important elements of our company philosophy that enable us to provide our customers with the best and most comprehensive support we can. Support represents a central point of contact for all service-related questions our customers may have. This includes the customer hotline, the processing of incoming emails and transparent report processing in our ticket system. Our Support team not only supports customers when they experience malfunctions, but also with any questions about the services we offer. In addition, the Support team takes care of the results of day-to-day operation that require a dialogue between the customer and acadon. Ticket processing is also monitored by the subsequent Support units. Through the quick and secure prioritization of malfunctions, as well as the correct estimation of the impact/urgency, we hope to achieve the best possible service and application satisfaction for our customers.
